Since there is no "official" in-game unlock method like completing Arcade Mode, you must use one of the following:
Uriko excels at "keep-away." Use her long-range kicks to frustrate opponents, then transform and use her Air Slicer to punish jump-ins. Her Beast Drive has invincibility frames on startup, making it a great "wake-up" move.
If you are looking for the "Half-Beast" version of Uriko that fights with a Kenpo-inspired style, you'll need to jump ahead to or Bloody Roar: Primal Fury
