Miodowe lata (1998–2003) is the Polish adaptation of the classic American sitcom The Honeymooners (original by Jackie Gleason, 1955–1956). While the core premise remains — two working-class best friends, their ambitious wives, and get-rich-quick schemes — the Polish version became a uniquely local phenomenon.
