Rockwell announced that RSLogix Emulate 5000 (the classic version) reached for new features after version 24. Version 21 (including V21L) is now in “limited support” status. You can still download it from the Rockwell Product Compatibility and Download Center (PCDC) if you have a valid support contract. However, no security patches or Windows 11 updates will be released.
