: Boot into TWRP (hold Power + Volume Down ), go to Wipe , and select Format Data . Install ROM & GApps : Tap Install in TWRP and select your LineageOS ZIP file. Immediately after, install the GApps ZIP file. Reboot : The first boot can take up to 10 minutes.
