You cannot legally edit the name inside the PDF to change a passenger's identity.
While the IRCTC Air mobile app often generates a ticket as a PNG image, you can obtain the official by following these steps on the IRCTC Air website : Log in to your account on the IRCTC Air portal. Navigate to the 'My Account' or 'Booking History' section. Select the specific flight booking you wish to download. Click on the 'Print Ticket' or 'Download E-Ticket' button.
