Open the view of your connected CPU in Siemens TIA Portal . Navigate to the Functions folder. Select Format Memory Card and click the Format button. Via SIMATIC Manager (Step 7 Classic) Connect to the PLC online. Go to PLC > Display Accessible Nodes .
